Privacy Policy — Daredevil Dodo

Daredevil Dodo is a single-player, offline game. This policy is short because there isn't much to say: the app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, from anyone, ever.

What the app does not do

What the app stores, and where

The app saves a small settings file locally on your own device, in the standard way Android apps store simple settings, containing only:

None of this ever leaves your device. It is not uploaded, synced, backed up to a server, or visible to the developer or anyone else. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

The optional share feature

If you choose to tap "Share" after a run, the app generates an image (your name, score, and a snapshot of the scene) and hands it to Android's own share sheet — the same system dialog every app uses to share to Messages, email, or any other app you pick. The app itself does not send this image anywhere; where it ends up is entirely up to the app you choose in that share sheet, just as with any photo or file you share from your device. You can decline to use this feature at any time; it plays no part in the game itself.

Hosting of this page

This policy is published via GitHub Pages. When you view it here, GitHub, Inc. may log standard technical connection data (such as your IP address, request time, and browser/user agent) as part of operating its hosting service, the same as any web host would. This is covered by GitHub's own privacy statement, not by Daredevil Dodo itself: github.com's privacy statement.
